It is easy to understand for the beginners like me who wants to loose weight after pregnancy. They also have meal plan that will statisfy your cravings too. Recomendable to all.

This is a great little book with a lot of helpful information. I love the fact that it gets straight to the point, no filler. The author did a great job of explaining the diet and all of it's benefits. He kept me engaged and encouraged by stressing that you may slip up and that's ok. This diet even has an allotment of sweets built in to it every week. )

My favorite part of the book is the section where David actually plans a week worth of meals for you. After trying diets that limit what I can eat and failing and then trying diets where I have to count everything from calories and the amount of chews I can chew and failing, I found this book to be a welcomed change.
